Don't feel like the hassle of glue and prosthetics, 3D tattoos are the way to go.

Whether you have had nipples reconstructed or not, it is possible to create the illusion by implanting pigment into the skin. The process does involve tattoo needling, but great care is taken to ensure the area is properly numbed. In general I have found the area to be numb already from past surgeries but I do use a fantastic anesthetic cream just in case.
Once the area is prepped and ready, I would deposit organic pigments into the skin using a selection of very fine needles, and slowly build it up using different colors. This may require a few sessions depending on how much detail you require.
If you've had nipples made by your plastic surgeon, either using skin grafts or a technique where they cut, fold and stitch the skin on the breast to make a bump, I simply tattoo around them to create the areola.
For those without a reconstructed nipple who dont mind not having the bump, I create a realistic three-dimensional tattoo that gives the illusion that there is a raised nipple.
